Nutrition: the process of eating the right kind of food so you can be healthy.

Did you read that ^^^ , the right kind of food!!
Everything you eat HELPS or HURTS your body.

We could go on and on for days, recommend millions of sites, books, articles, and people to chat with about nutrition. Instead, we're going to keep it SIMPLE:

Eat clean balanced meals in moderation to remain healthy and increase performance.

Educate yourself and experiment with what works best for YOUR body and YOUR training!

Christina's lifestyle includes Paleo for Athletes, eliminating all processed foods and dairy from her diet but getting plenty of carbs in preparation for or during recovery of long training hours. Read more HERE.

I prefer a gluten free lifestyle, eliminating all wheat and processed foods from my diet.

Both lifestyles are very simple: CLEAN EATING

During training, I enjoy eGel, Honey Stinger Waffles, bananas, and peanut butter crackers. Christina prefers GENUCAN, fig bars, fig newton's, Powerade, and Nuuns.

Before you put food in your mouth (or a calorie sugar filled beverage...) consider this: is this HELPING my body or HURTING my body? What kind of nutritional value is this adding to my life? If it's nothing, push it aside...
