If You Never Tri, You'll Never Know!

When All Else Fails

And you're lost for what to make for dinner...
Cook a sweet potato.

Seriously, the easiest food to cook AND eat.

I've decided that sweet potatoes are the most versatile food (next to eggs and maybe rice).
Seriously, got a sweet tooth? Top it with a little bit of brown sugar, honey, or cinnamon.
Craving salt? Top it with salt, ketchup, or even salsa!
Breakfast? Put an egg on it.
Lunch, shredded chicken.
Dinner, any and all of the above! You can even pour a little bit of chili over that baby for a spicy-sweet quasi mexican-Indian-southern delicious meal!
Power snack for a hard workout...
Power snack after a hard workout...
Bake it, microwave it, boil it. Peel it, chop it, mash it. Sweet potato fries. Sweet potato pancakes. Sweet potato pie. Holy moly, sweet potatoes are like shrimp!! (which btw, another SUPER versatile food).

Bonus: they are SUPER foods. Full of amazing nutrition for your body!! Protect Your House!
Rich in fiber, potassium, and vitamins A and C.
Their natural sugars are slowly released into the bloodstream, helping to ensure a balanced and regular source of energy, without the blood sugar spikes linked to fatigue and weight gain ~perfect for us athletes!!

So when all else fails and you don't know what's for dinner... keep sweet potatoes on hand and THERE YOU GO!!
