Monday, May 2, 2016 - felt like I needed a bit of recover from the weekend; easy run, 30 minutes with Amber, Raymond, and Brayden. My right leg felt weird; sort of sciatic like. Strange and new ??

Tuesday, May 3, 2016 - 4,000 meter swim in 90 minutes. The last 1,000 about killed me, but got it done! Recovered properly with an adjustment with Core Chiro.

Thursday, May 5, 2016 - I was garbage in the pool today! It felt like I was swimming through mud and I just couldn't get my gears to function. Top that with remembering I didn't get my shot Tuesday. I was a wreck and called it and 1,000 meters. And went and got my shot...

Friday, May 6, 2016 - a 3 hour run was on the schedule but I don't know... I only ran 30 minutes *face palm* Headed to north Mississippi with Amanda for 100 miles on the bike tomorrow.

Saturday, May 7, 2016 - 100 mile bike ride with Amanda.

Sunday, May 8, 2016 - Team TOA training as 30min OWS, 16 mile bike, 20 min run. DONE! Legs and booty super worn out from yesterday!
