7 and 16 Weekly Accountability

Monday, Jan 26, 2015: mandatory rest day post marathon! My knee is hurting. I'm going to give it a good week or so.

Tuesday, Jan 27, 2015: worked at the shop for another mandatory rest day.

Wednesday, Jan 28, 2015: An early morning working out an athlete followed by SHOT day! Monthly antibiotics so I don't die. While waiting for my refill I knocked out a 30 minute almost 1 mile swim. Hard and fast! Woo! Hit a great 45 minutes on the bike trainer with some intervals and then a 20 minute run (with walk) with an athlete. A mild day coming off my marathon. I like it.

Thursday, Jan 29, 2015: worked at the shop.

Friday, Jan 30, 2015: I've decided to take a couple weeks off and figure out what's going on with my knee. I've got an appointment with doc next week. I did hit a solid gym workout at Planet Fitness this morning. Lunges, squats, bi's and tri's. Looks like it'll be all swim, bike, gym for a little bit...
2,500 swim with Amanda in the eve followed by sushi.

Saturday, Jan 31, 2015: 2 hour bike with Amanda on the hills of Stone County - 37 miles.

Sunday, Feb 1, 2015: I really didn't do anything. I feel like such a lazy bum slug. But yesterday kinda beat me down! Super Bowl tonight...
