4 & 13 Weekly Accountability
Monday, Feb 16, 2015: 8 mile run + 3 mile run with calisthenics + plank challenge <--- think jumping jack planks, mtn climber planks, and a variety of other hellish planks!
Tuesday, Feb 17, 2015: morning meeting with the guys turned into the SEABEE base pool close and GASP, the Nat was closed for Mardi Gras. Boo! And damn! Met an athlete later in the evening for a treadmill run.
Weds, Feb 18, 2015: grabbed a 3,000 meter swim today. 8 x 300 (as swim, kick, swim, pull x 2) <--- good workout! Felt good and didn't seem right stopping. Greek dinner with a friend.
Thurs, Feb 19, 2015: spin class, 30 minutes on the treadmill (intervals), calisthenics and weights. Boom. Lots and lots of errands done today.
Fri, Feb 20, 2015: worked at the shop today but grabbed a gym workout first: stair climber warm up, 30mins of calisthenics + 1 mile FAST on the treadmill. Dinner with friends.
Sat, Feb 21, 2015: another full day at the shop and a busy errand filled evening.
Sun, Feb 22, 2015: TEAM TOA day!! We did a reverse mini tri today. 30min hard run (HILLY!) + 50min rolly bike + transition clinic/practice with wetsuit try on and 2min swim in WAYYY too cold water. Success.
Just 3 short weeks to Puerto Rico 70.3. I'm looking forward to one last week of intensity and build up before official taper. I hope my weekly accountability inspires you to be a better you.
