3 & 12 Weekly Accountability
Mon Feb 23, 2015: worked at the shop today
Tues Feb 24, 2015: 30 minutes of calisthenics + spin class + 1 mile FAST treadmill run. Later that day, 1600 speed swim.
Weds Feb 25, 2015: 30 minutes on the elliptical (I'm still taking it easy with the running) + 30 minutes of calisthenics/weight training. After a long day of errands I decided a quick run was exactly what I needed so I hit the treadmill for 40 minutes. Which I'm so glad I did because while on the treadmill, I watched several folks in wheelchairs come zooming in. AHA! We need Captains for our Ainsley's Angels chairs!!
Thurs Feb 26, 2015: 1 hour and 33 minutes on the spin bike this morning followed by 30 minutes of calisthenics/weight training. Hit 2000 meters of SPEED <--- I feel like I'm finally improving my swim! Yippee!! One more hour at the gym with my beautiful athlete - 45 minutes walking on the treadmill.
Fri Feb 27, 2015: 8 mile run + 1,000 meter swim + sushi. Boom!
Sat Feb 28, 2015: I ran a 5k this morning, the Arbor Day 5k in Biloxi. 24 minutes. Then I ran the 1 mile fun run pushing my first Ainsley's Angel Captain. Not that easy but very rewarding :D
Sun March 1, 2015: 2 hour bike, 38 miles + 30 minute run, 3.4 miles. More BOOM. More importantly, Team TOA ROCKED out 54 miles on their bike (in wind and rain!!!) + 30 minute run. I'm SO impressed.
