2 & 11 Weekly Accountability
Mon March 2, 2015: picked up a few hours at the shop and then ran a solid 2 miles at our Monday Fun Run. Oh, I did a few burpees with Bandit CrossFit too.
Tues March 3, 2015: holy workouts today! 30 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes of weight training, 70 minutes on the spin bike (getting it good too!!), 30 more minutes of weight training, and then a 30 minute, 1500 meter swim.
Weds March 4, 2015: 60mins on the bike + a quick weight training session.
Thurs March 5, 2015: 30mins in the pool, 1 mile treadmill run (FAST), 30mins of weights
Fri March 6, 2015: worked at the shop today and hit the gym for an intense burst of weight training
Sat March 7, 2015: another fun day in the shop
Sun March 7, 2015: teamTOA fun today in Abita Springs. Ran 25 minutes, biked a little farther than planned at 2 hours, and then ran another 25 minutes. A delicious Strawberry Abita beer topped my du off.
Headed to PR on Thursday. I'm SO excited. And oh yeah, I'm racing too!! *insert belly butterflies*
