Monday, March 11 - morning walk w/my loves before heading to Marina di Carrara for a 1,600m swim. I especially went because I didn't particularly want to. And that's the most important time to train! A few errands and home to work, BB Dirty 30 Extreme and a ST session.

Tuesday, March 12 - morning walk w/Jake. Guys he is loving the morning walks! Walk, play, eat breakfast, poop, and back to bed! HA!! My right knee is giving me troubles today so I'm debating today's BB/ST... Headed out for a bike ride. Traffic was a little crazy so made it a 45min loop. Finished the final 45mins inside on the trainer. With a very sore knee (my right one is acting up again) I opted for BB Upper Body Fix. I realized quickly that it too was too intense for my knee so I swapped over to a strength training session w/light weights and my band.
BIKE 90mins (with some climbs) + BB/ST Session

Wednesday, March 13 - pouring rain this morning and expected all day so probably not going to get my 9 mile run in. I'll swap for tomorrow's training session though. Be flexible Lisa!

Thursday, March 14 - morning walk w/Jake before a 9 mile run. It took me a while but I got it done. Big time right foot pain! It's either Morton's Neuroma or Metatarsalgia. Grrr! Otherwise, okay and knee felt okay. BB Plyo before lunch and shower!! A nice chat with my momma today too *hearts*

Friday, March 15 - what started as a morning of catch up ended up being 4pm then 7pm then 10pm!! After Jake's morning walk, I didn't do ANY training!! I had so much work and admin stuff to catch up on... Hindsight, I'm mad at myself for missing the swim. But with Luca on duty, I had 100% attention to my computer and phone. Momma Mia!

Saturday, March 16 - and today was my intentional rest day which include a drive to Milan with a 4 hour walking tour IN Milan w/our awesome friends Max and Carrie.

Sunday, March 17 - put the work in today with 46 miles of wind and one big climb on the bike. 3 hours.

Not a horrible week in some aspects. Pissed about my Friday swim.
