Accountability: 20 Weeks
Monday, Jan 11, 2016 - I got my visco shot this morning so I have to take a few days off. It swelled up a bit and it doesn't hurt, but it doesn't feel good either. I'll take the couple days and let it work its way in. I'm hopeful for another year pain free...

Tuesday, Jan 12, 2016 - It's still so weird typing 2016. Laundry and breakfast with Amber. Day two of do nothing on the knee. And it feels so weird! Both my knee and the doing nothing.

Wednesday, Jan 13, 2016 - 20min spin class (knee felt okay), 1 hour of yoga (knee felt okay), 2,450 meters in the pool (knee felt okay), lunch with Amber and JG (knee felt okay.

Thursday, Jan 14, 2016 - 30min dance class, 15min dance class, 25min kickboxing class, 8mins of core, 30min of swimming. Amber made lunch. Wine club Thursday!! ~ introduced to Sweet & Sultry (a new drink!!). Worked on a lot of RNT + Tra Tri stuff.

Friday, Jan 15, 2016 - attempted the morning at the gym and base was having a drill - CLOSED. Ahhh!!! Had to work at the shop so did a quick calisthenics with Amber and rushed to work.

Saturday, Jan 16, 2016 - 8 mile run with Team TOA Elite. I felt the knee but it didn't HURT hurt.

Sunday, Jan 17, 2016 - 1 hour bike for 16 miles.

It wasn't a beautiful week due to the knee shot Monday. But I still got some work done. Next week looks brutal...
