Accountability: 19 Weeks
Monday, Jan 18, 2016 - 3 hour bike on the trainer. I'm estimating 16mph average so I'm guessing 50 miles. There were probably some faster pace moments and some slower pace moments. Just need to get the time in; strength and speed will come (fingers crossed please please please!!).
Monday fun run with Team TOA Elite - 37 minutes of speed work.
Tuesday, Jan 19, 2016 - 56 minute swim for 2,600 meters. Worked at the shop.
Wednesday, Jan 20, 2016 - 1000m swim, 23 minutes. Breakfast. Errands. Deep tissue massage.
Thursday, Jan 21, 2016 - 1:15 on the spin bike + 30 minutes of dance class + calisthenics
Friday, Jan 22, 2016 - rest day!! Okay, it wasn't supposed to be, but SO cold and SO windy, I couldn't bring myself to get in the pool. 18 mile run tomorrow...
Saturday, Jan 23, 2016 - 18 mile run, 3 hours and 17 minutes (with a potty break). WINDY. COLD!
Sunday, Jan 24, 2016 - biked 1 hour with Amanda in Stone County. 16 chilly WINDY miles. My nose wouldn't stop running. Two workouts in one, HA!
How am I under 19 weeks already!? The time is going so fast and I'm already getting nervous about my bike. I have hardly any road time because it's been so cold. I guess this is the inconvenience of training for a spring race; winter training!! It needs to warm up FAST!
