Accountability: 26 Weeks to Go

Yep, ^ that's my schedule for the week! And by the end of the week, it's going to be GREEN!

Mon, Nov 30, 2015: nailed it. Finally a good swim. I'm not saying I didn't want to stop around 1,600, but I got it done. 2000 meters (a bit further than yards). DONE. And with 2min 100's. Yay! I finished Monday off with a run with Team TOA Elite, who are getting stronger and more amazing each week! Super proud of my team.

Tues, Dec 1, 2015: 1 hour, 17 miles on 605 with Linda. Chatting on our way out and enjoying the ride on our way back. Good to know that 17 is my easier than comfortable pace. I'd like to see my comfort at about 19 or 20 in 2016. Yes, I have bigger goals coming...
Worked at the shop catching up with Heather the rest of Tuesday and a really enjoyable chat with a friend from across the world. I so *heart* technology.

Weds, Dec 2, 2015: a strength training session with Amber and 35 minute run. My intent was to run 35 more minutes after work with some of my team except... I showed up at the wrong store!! I was scheduled to be in Slidell... (insert YOU DOPE! music).

Thurs, Dec 3, 2015: ADVENTURE DAY!!

Fri, Dec 4, 2015: 1 hour bike with Paul in Diamondhead (+ a little more to ride from home and back) for 20 miles. Shadows, 4 layers, and love my Smith helmet :D

Sat, Dec 5, 2015: with my Team TOA Elite, I ran 10 miles but added 3 more in lieu of Stop 22 an organization dedicated to helping Veterans. There are 22 Veteran suicides a day; isn't that such a sad statistic!? So close to home, it hurts my heart. Worked at the shop the rest of day and celebrated Madison's 1st birthday.

Sun, Dec 6, 2015: athlete schedules, movies, and 2 hours on the trainer. The week is complete!! BUT, with 2 missed swims. I'm vowing to be on top of my swims next week. VOWING!!
