Self-Improvement Day 5

Day 5: Take a Long Deep Breath

This couldn't have come at a better time. And believe me, I have taken a few today!! A lot of things are happening, excitement is building, and 2017 is already turning out to be WOW!!
With a lot of things comes a lot of things though which can become quite overwhelming.

While a long deep breath isn't getting my shit done, it at least brings a moment of peace and allows for mental clarity. What I'm doing after that breath is what counts...

Organizing my TO DO list and prioritizing accordingly.
But anytime I start feeling overwhelmed, I won't let my tasks control me, I will pause and take a long deep breath *hearts*
