Accountability: 12 Weeks

After last weeks shit show, I really need a solid week...

Monday, March 7 - 2,000 meter swim. That was good. I'm still a bit cough'y. Worked at the shop today. Monday fun run, 33 minutes with Amber and Brayden (first 5k!!) for a 5k.

Tuesday, March 8 - 45 minute pyramid trainer session. Worked at the shop again today.
BIKE

Weds, March 9 - I had a meeting on Dauphin Island so I decided it'd be fun to ride there. Did it have to be the windiest day on earth!? Oh my gosh, it took 14 minutes to get to the end of the island (5 miles) and 28 to get back!! It was silly and okay though, I got in 1 hour and 10 minutes + a successful meeting. My Garmin 920xt came in today too. Yay, toys!!

Thurs, March 10 - 2,300 meter swim. Love the new watch!
SWIM

Fri, March 11 - worked at RNT and slept.
REST

Sat, March 12 - 1 mile warm up with Dana + 5k at 25 minutes (1st place age group) + 2 more miles
RUN

Sun, March 13 - 40 mile long bike with Linda, Jennie, and Tracy
BIKE

Next week is all about the swim, bout the swim,  no drowning...
