Monday: 90minute bike. 30minute run.

Tuesday: pool heater was broken ~ grrr... So I rowed for 4,000 meters instead + some calisthenics. Worked at the shop.

Wednesday: 90minute bike with Luke (Tradition's course is tough! And SOOO bumpy ~ can we get a repave!?).

Thursday: rainy day ~ 1,200 meter swim, 70minutes on spin bike, 20minute run on treadmill

Friday: 32 mile bike on the NOLA levee with Amanda and Amber ~ windy.

Saturday: Crescent City Classic 10k with Amanda and Amber

Sunday: rainy day - 4 hours on the trainer - Happy Easter!
