1 hour run. A cool morning so even though I ran a bit later than I intended, I still got some cool crisp air to breathe. A steady run for 6 miles. Spent the rest of the day getting ready for this weekends Rhino Run and the evening with friends at RNT's Monday fun run. Love those sexy runners!!

Tuesday, Sept 15, 2015:
3000 yard swim. Thank goodness for friends because, waking up, I wanted to go right back to sleep. Amanda got on me and I met her at the Nat for an early morning swim. I'm so glad it's done!
500 warm up, 3 x 750 each faster than the last, 50 HARD, and 200 cool down.
Had a great chat with Ironman Danny and we're just super pumped to be Ironman Rockstars.
Started making arrangements for Jake too; I've got the Ironman travel butterflies!!

Wednesday, Sept 16, 2015:
It was detrimental to wake up and get laundry and cleaning done!! I have a 2 hour bike ride today and a short swim. Even though that's priority, I can't live in filth!!
I got all that done AND went and got in 31 miles in 1:45. Boom!!

Thursday, Sept 17, 2015:
1:15 run for 7 miles. It got hot quick and I woke up late.
Headed back to base to grab a 30min swim and 1 hour spin when I get a phone call from Heather, "Umm, can you come back to the shop? My water broke!"
It's baby time people!! Training delayed...

Grabbed a quick 1600m swim this morning before work followed by a 1 hour bike spin.

Saturday, Sept 19, 2015:
A 40 minute open water swim with my team. I had a VERY weird muscles spasm about 200 yards in. Holy panic!! Thank goodness Frank was right there near me. I managed to get a few more laps in for about 2000 yards. But man, that was freaking me out! That is ALL I got accomplished today because I was freaking out for Rhino Run...
Setting up the course, I ran the 5k first. In fact, I lugged a 5gallon water jug full of water and ice to the turn around point and then HAULED ass out of the woods because I was scared. And it was dark. And I was scared. Ha ha!!
Went back in later with Daniel and Justin to set up the 10k course. Walked out, ran good and strong back. 9 mile run + lots of "running" around, walking, and standing.

Sunday, Sept 20, 2015:
Who's idea was it to have 4 runs so close in hours? Executed a successful midnight, 6am, noon, and 6pm race. No sleep and crappy food to eat (besides one delicious Newk's salad courtesy of my sweet friend Emily). You can imagine how I feel today...

I feel kinda like this week was a bust. I'm going to work really hard next week. I have shorter workouts but I'm going to hit them hard. I'm excited!! Let's get ready for Barcelona baby!!
