Lots-O-miles #accountability Week 10
Monday, June 18, 2018 - after an amazing weekend with my honey I slept until almost 9 today! True story! Get moving Lisa J... 2 hour bike and long swim to conquer!!
Got all the way to the pool; closed for maintenance. AH! Headed home and jumped on bike for a near 2 hour session of hill repeats. Language class was also closed so did grocery and home to work. AND, my little plant has peppers!!! EEEEExciting!!

Tuesday, June 19, 2018 - rough wake up this morning. I went to bed early last night too! But woke up at 6 and just wasn't ready. Fell back to sleep until almost 9 again! I must have needed it yeah?
Today is yesterday's swim and I have a 1 hour run w/some 1min speed intervals.

Wednesday, June 20, 2018 - holy crap, I didn't sleep AT ALL again last night!! Despite - I'm headed to swim, stroking out 2300 meters. And Holy Crap, the pool was pretty much empty today!! I had a lane to myself for 800 meters!! And then when another guy got in, he didn't try to drown me. Bravo! YAY!! Note to self - Wednesday's at 11:30am to swim!

Later, holy sweat session on the trainer!! 10min wu + 20 x 1min HARD + 1min easy + 10min cd. WHOA! First I had to BEG myself to go get on it. Ya see, I found this new beer LISA and I was like beer...trainer...beer...trainer. The trainer won!! And then the beer won ;)

Thursday, June 21, 2018 - double run day. 50mins in the a.m. 40mins in the p.m. Done and hot hot hot!! I haven't been sleeping well so I tried to nap today and still couldn't sleep. Not sure what's happening but it's making me mad <-- like crazy mad! Package from home today too. WOO HOO!! Thank you WENDY!!!

Friday, June 22, 2018 - one more week!! Luca will be home next Friday. This has been such a long month. But I have gotten some good training in and not a single pound lost... ugh. Ha!
I was supposed to swim today but I opted for a rest day - got caught up w/work and some friends and then made pizza w/Jake. What can I say !? ;)

Saturday, June 23, 2018 - up early for a 2 hour run. It's not like the 2 hour runs of my past (hitting 12-13 miles) but I at least grabbed 10.4. Sloppy kisses to follow.

Sunday, June 24, 2018 - up at 5 for a 6am start. Had to beat the traffic!! And I wanted to be done before noon. Success!! 75 mile bike in 4.5 hours. Spent the day working and hanging w/the Jake. Got to chat w/my Ohio girls too!!
