Monday, May 28, 2018 - quick swim this morning for 1,500 meters. Luca headed south, Emma headed home, and Jake SLEPT. Oh, FYI, I've been doing a little arm workout series everyday too; I have wings! :O

Tuesday, May 29, 2018 - a.m. run, scheduled 60mins did 45mins (bathroom emergency). Saw my chiro today and because of a jammed up hip which he is relating to cycling, he said I shouldn't bike today. Grrr. I was going to do a 1 hour trainer ride. I ate cauliflower rice instead. I will admit... and I LOVE cauliflower...it was gross. And caused serious bloating and gas. No joke.

Wednesday, May 30, 2018 - a quick Nicola hike with Jake, Danielle, and Penny this morning. On to swim 4,000 meters. BOOM! After that my day went downhill - depression, anxiety, and irritability. Ugh. Even with my hike and swim, I felt worthless and lazy. Yikes!

Thursday, May 31, 2018 - up early to catch a train to Firenze. I had to turn in Passport change paperwork again for an endoresement to recognize me as Johnson AND McCombs because my Visa is in McCombs. I'll tell you what, a name change is a PAIN in the ass and I will never change it again! I took the day as rest with a big weekend ahead of me...

Friday, June 1, 2018 - missing my guy SO much this morning.
Can you believe it's June? We are nearly half way through 2018 already.

Saturday, June 2, 2018 - 90min run this morning (although I started a little late and it got HOT!) - 8 miles. I'm sorta bummed because I used to run 9 miles in 90mins. It's okay though... I can still run and I still enjoy it! And proud of myself for pushing through.

Sunday, June 3, 2018 - up and out by 0530 (to beat traffic and heat). 3.5 hours done for 56 miles. A bit slower than last weeks long bike, but I'm okay with it. Still feeling like a bad ass ;)

Very up and down week. Physically and emotionally. Sometimes my body (or heart) hurts so much and I feel so frustrated or down and sometimes my body (or heart) feels amazing, I'm happy, skipping to the beat of my own drum. I so wish I could stay UP and feeling good. No pains.
Anyway... Next week my goal is to increase all of those workouts to 3. It seems like each week I'm missing this or that and I'm frustrating myself. So I've got plenty scheduled...

And leaving Saturday open for make-up, adventure, or rest.
