Run Week
Another week has passed and I feel like boring same old me. Sigh...
Monday: 30min run with hill repeats. Is that really all I did today!? Packet pick-up in Gulfport today for Tri the Gulf

Tuesday: day drinking. Missed CrossFit. At least I started with a 1,600m swim and 50mins on the spin bike.

Wednesday: 90min run for 8.5 miles. Nice and cool; I should have ran harder. Packet pick-up in Mobile today for Tri the Gulf.

Thursday: 1 hour on the spin bike + 40mins in the pool (1600m or so). No CF again today but I'm about to load 40 bike racks - that's gonna count for something!!

Friday: 2 hour run, 12 miles.

Saturday: Tri the Gulf - so busy all day!! Then so exhausted!!

Sunday: 1 hour run with Luca, 5.5 miles

Almost 30 miles running this week. Funny that the more I run, the better my knees feel.
