This is supposed to be my first week of taper but with IM Vineman recovery plus Delaware 70.3, I will get a few more key workouts in this week...

BIKE ~ 56 miles
RUN ~ 13.1 miles

Monday, Aug 22 - 15 hour drive from Ohio to Mississippi

Tuesday, Aug 23 - I should probably do something today, but I should probably rest too. I got my monthly shot, met up with my girls, and ate sushi. That's something!

Wednesday, Aug 24 - CN Tri prep. I swear I'm going to do something tomorrow...

Thursday, Aug 25 - more CN Tri prep and I did hit a 1 hour workout at the gym with Amanda.

Friday, Aug 26 - all CN Tri and a really bad night.

Saturday, Aug 27 - CN Tri
NONE

Well, at least I started the week with a half Ironman!
I feel like such a slug.
Sunday I'm meeting the team for a 5 hour bike. That should lift my spirits!!
