You're still eating spaghetti squash, right?!


Want pasta without all the carbs and starch? Eat spaghetti squash! It's still "trending" right?
Well it is in my kitchen!! I eat the heck out of this stuff!

Tonight I prepared it with some ground turkey mixed with diced tomatoes, celery, and onion (it came in a can). I topped it with parmesan cheese, oregano, and some garlic salt - BOOM. Quick healthy meal.

I don't want to hear that you don't have time to cook healthy ~cause this is GOURMET baby!!
