Swim, Paris, Bike, and Run #accountability Week 15

Monday, May 14, 2018 - I scheduled myself a huge load today but I'm not sure what I was thinking! Not that I'm sore or tired from a sprint tri...but I can definitely feel some wear! So instead of tackling a long swim and bike, I did a strength training session and Yoga. I'll adjust training for the week and carry on accordingly. I have a quick overnight to Paris, France this week too ~ EXCITING!!
I got to talk to Luca today; I miss him SO MUCH.

Tuesday, May 15, 2018 - got on the trainer for a quick 30mins and headed to Paris!! I met up with Paul and Peggy and their friends for dinner and chatting.

Wednesday, May 16, 2018 - early morning run to the Eiffel Tower with Paul. Breakfast at the bread/pastry festival, explored Notre-Dame, more adventuring, said goodbye to my friends, and spent the day walking around Paris before my 8pm flight. Guys,  walked 55,000 steps by the end of the day! In Google terms, that's over 20 miles. WHOA! My feet sure felt it too. Picked up Jake late (thank you Danielle and Diego!!!) and slept HARD.

Thursday, May 17, 2018 - ST session + 30min cardio session. And later, Yoga w/Danielle (and Emma joined half way through). We enjoyed a big salad w/Olive Garden dressing I brought from the states ~ that everyone LOVED btw!!

Friday, May 18, 2018 - pretty happy about a 3,500 meter swim today. I honestly went with the intention of doing 1,600. Once in, the pool was pretty empty, I decided that 2,000 would be great. But then I had to take advantage and kept going pushing out the 3,500 (2.2 miles). I felt really good! Followed that up with a 36min run. It was supposed to be 40mins but I was poopered.

Saturday, May 19, 2018 - holy sore today from ST yikes!! Hit another session this morning despite.

Sunday, May 20, 2018 - 3 hour bike this morning, 51 miles. I got up and out by 7am to make sure I beat traffic. Brava Lisa!! Smart move!! I was finishing as traffic was picking up. Leftover sushi, sun, and house cleaning.

I kinda missed some runs this week (and a swim). I'm not sure I can explain but I'm going to shape that up for next week. Oh and GREAT news!!! - Luca is coming home!!!!!!!!
