BE Flexible #accountability Week 14

So what's on the menu for this week? Swims, bikes, and runs! And hopefully some ST and Yoga thrown in there!! Oh and Luca will be here Tuesday... OMG!!!

Monday, May 21, 2018 - 1,500 meter swim followed by a 46min run - it was hot!! Jake, home, and work the rest of the day/evening.

Tuesday, May 22, 2018 - bike trainer - 1:15 and a ST session. Luca came home.

Wednesday, May 23, 2018 - 1 hour run, just over 5 miles. Felt super sluggish; I should have ran earlier. I had a 'my brother's dead' meltdown today. While washing dishes. I also broke a cup.

Thursday, May 24, 2018 - plans got changed a bit as Emma was sent to the ER for her back. Skipped the schedule and went straight there. No worries team, she's okay!! And now resting at my house. I did manage a 45min trainer session.

Friday, May 25, 2018 - early morning to La Spezia for Permesso. Another roadblock. SIGH!! Again, 45mins on the trainer while keeping up w/Emma, getting Luca ready for another trip, and you know, just stuff!

Sunday, May 27, 2018 - 2:45 bike, just shy of 3 hours because I decided to do a 1,600 foot climb at the end :O

This week turned out quite differently than I had planned. For me though, family and friends come first. And when they need me, I react.
