Accountability: 17 Weeks

Monday, Feb 1st: FEBRUARY!! It's February! Why is 2016 going so fast already? I don't even understand. Please slow down!!
Got an okay 2,000 meter swim in today. I actually didn't want to do it so I did it anyway.
Later that night I hosted Fight for What You Want virtual 5k LIVE...
I didn't run but I celebrated a whole lot of PRs set by my friends!!
SWIM

Tuesday, Feb 2nd: 1 hour on the spin bike - 10min warm up + 1min hill climbs every 4 mins + 5min cool down and a 30 minute strength/calisthenic workout.

Wednesday, Feb 3rd: 30 min strength/calisthenic workout + 20 mins on the elliptical. I was supposed to go swim; it was storming and I just didn't make it to the Nat. The day's not over though, I might still head over there...

Thursday, Feb 4th: 3,050 meter swim in 1:05 + errands + 30min gym bike with Amanda + 30min strength/calisthenic workout with Amanda + sushi

Friday, Feb 5th: worked at the shop all day but got plenty of upper body and planks in!! Drove over to Abita Springs for the night...

Saturday, Feb 6th: 20 mile run on the Tammany Trace with Team TOA Elite

Sunday, Feb 7th: after the run yesterday I decided to rest today and I'll long bike tomorrow.
