15 weeks, phew, I still have 15 weeks!! Time has seemed to slow down a little the last 2 weeks. Thank goodness!! Because while my swim and run are on point, I feel like I'm failing at my bike. I need my strength/speed to come back!!
Monday, Feb 15, 2016: 1:15 on the spin bike + 25mins strength. The pool was closed. President's Day. I don't understand why that means the pool has to close though... We cancelled Monday fun run too - storming.

Friday, Feb 19, 2016: 1600 meters in the pool today thanks to Amber!! Worked at the shop.

Sat, Feb 20, 2016: 10 mile run with Team TOA Elite + 37 mile bike (hills of Stone County!!) with Amanda, Brandy, and Glenn ~ 2 hours 3 minutes.

Sun, Feb 21, 2016: rest day!! I needed it because I am NOT getting sick ;) ;)
And by rest day, it means I still swam, just not officially and worked with one of my athletes and cooked dinner for my friends and worked. Ha!
