Gluten Free Flourless Chocolate Chip Cookies
Disclaimer, it's similar to the peanut butter and jelly cookies, but different all the same 😉
It's also a very easy recipe to half.
1 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2 eggs
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until cooked.
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
dark chocolate chips (to your preferred taste)
Preheat over to 350.
In a bowl, beat peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together oats, baking powder, and salt.
Add dry mixture to wet and beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips (if you want!).
Drop batter into cookie shapes on a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until cooked.
