Sunny Fitness #accountability Week 19
Monday, April 16, 2018 - out of bed feeling fresh! Enjoyed my coffee, checked emails, and headed to Marina di Carrara for a swim. Got 2,000m (sharing a lane w/up to 4 people!!) and ran for 1 hour (a little over 5 miles). Felt a bit heavy/slow but happy to get it done! I will only get stronger!! Week 19 is off to a good start. Also mowed and weeded, laundry, cleaned the house, worked, and cooked an awesome veggie dinner. Little bit of super woman today!

Tuesday, April 17, 2018 - oh how I love SnapChat filters!! Don't you wish our eyes looked so big and bright in real life!? And our skin so soft and perfect!? 90mins on the trainer. I don't know why I didn't go outside... I need to be doing these rides on the road. I get so nervous here. I have to commit - unless it's storming or dark outside, IM France training rides need to be OUTSIDE!
Later, Luca, Jake and I took a quick hike to Nicola. 2.2 miles, 50mins and later a wine w/friends (pastors orders!! ;)

Wednesday, April 18, 2018 - I woke up and then went back to sleep. WHAT THE!? I finally convinced myself to GO RUN! I actually had a swim but Luca needed the car so I moved it to tomorrow. He also said we can go do an open water on Sat or Sun. YAY! It's totally that time again! Lericiiiiiii!!!! (it's like swimming in a ginormous swimming pool). So I finally ran. A few hills so it was slow and easy. I just jammed to my music.

Thursday, April 19, 2018 - the gal let me get in the pool 15mins early so I had a lane to myself for...15mins!! Woohoo!! An aerobics class + 2 more in my lane later gave me some open water like action while I did my 300's at an even pace (w/20-30sec RIB each). Otherwise, a pretty boring day. I bought a microwave. WHOA, we have a microwave now! HA!

Friday, April 20, 2018 - took an intentional rest day so Luca and I could go to Firenze (AKA Florence) to change my name on my Passport. This is the first time in... since divorce... that I don't have travel planned (or unplanned) and could leave my book. It's very exciting for me to finally have Johnson back across the board. Except my email, I'm still working on that one. Apparently LisaJohnson anything is quite taken. AH! Anyway... we walked a lot (although minimal exploration) and had a beautiful lunch. 2-3 weeks for my new Passport!

Saturday, April 21, 2018 - 80min run this morning (7 miles), a beautiful sunny morning btw!! Followed by a quiet day at home w/my boys.

Sunday, April 22, 2018 - up early for a 45min bike w/Luca before a long hike w/friends... 2 miles but in 2 hours. It was steep and slow - we weren't going for fitness, but for enjoyment *hearts*
