Day 25: Stretch

Only after a 40 mile bike ride with my momma!!

But seriously, if there's one thing that I have taught my runners and triathletes (whether they listen or not is a different story) is STRETCH! We always do a pre dynamic stretching session and then a post static stretching session. SO GOOD FOR YOUR BODY.
And Soul.
