Self Improvement Day 21

I completely lost 3 days to travel...
My best self improvement during that journey was "don't think", just get it done. Too much thought and I might have gone mad!! Jake and I were literally in the RV for 72 hours STRAIGHT!!

But, legit, Day 21: Make a Healthy Recipe

I don't usually stray too far from healthy anyway but tonight I'm cooked Mom and Bob some pesto topped chicken served with garlic roasted mushrooms and ravioli's. Nom nom nom!!

I believe it's important to know how to cook; even if you can only do one thing really well. You don't have to be a master chef or use any fancy ingredients. Just know how to make something you and your loves can enjoy. I pride myself on my ability to turn nothing into something. I can mix a little bit of this and a little bit of that and WALA, dinner is served. And I have my go to's, but I really enjoy always trying different dishes and flavors. I feel self improved :D
