Run, bike, run, bike, run, repeat... never thought I'd say this, I sure miss swimming!!!

Monday, May 4, 2020 - 1 hour bike KickR (6 x 10mins on bike + 10 pushups + 15 sit-ups). Fun! Challenge completed!! Worked the rest of the day and night! Luca is home smart working which I totally love having him here *hearts*

Tuesday, May 5 - 1 hour run + 1 hour (cruiser) bike to the sea and back (9 miles total) - those bikes are heavy! Felt great to breathe some sea air!

Wednesday, May 6 - 1 hour bike w/Luca - outside. Woo!! Meetings and work throughout the rest of the day/evening.

Thursday, May 7 - grocery store first thing this a.m. Crazy that a grocery trip is such an adventure now. My legs are feeling tired - 30min run slow and easy. It's starting to get nice and warm outside which I LOVE! Also, we buried Uncle Joe today. Hard being so far away. I'm really glad we had time together last summer.

Friday, May 8 - meetings alllll day into the night. Worked the field for a great upper body workout.

Saturday, May 9 - VR6, an Oly distance 3km run, 40km bike, 10km run
