Ironman Italy Week 12
Monday, July 24, 2017 - yay, I got to go swim today!! I only had time for 2,000 though since I was meeting my gals for lunch. Pool opens at 10:30 (and it was open!!!) and lunch was at noon. But hey, guess what else? After all that sleep last week, I feel normal again. "Normal". Ha ha!!

Tuesday, July 25, 2017 - an early morning run with my guys!! 33mins to get Luca back on his ankle, Jake back to his endurance, and me just running happy...
Mexi-talian w/Danielle and Diego this evening. After discovering our car's broken a/c we welcomed the martini style margaritas!

Wednesday, July 26, 2017 - Happy Anniversary to my momma and Bob <3
Got Luca to work this morning and off to the Volkswagen dealer... Lucky for me, it's near the pool. Let's grab that 4,000 meters already! Spent the rest of the day preparing for our weekend, cleaning, lawn work, and work. Always with pup near my side.

Thursday, July 27, 2017 - hello lazy day! I didn't mean for it to happen. In fact I had my heart set on a 3 hour bike ride since Luca is whisking me away to the mountains this weekend. Hmm, maybe I should take my bike... But so far (it's 3pm), I haven't accomplished much. Maybe I'll jump on the trainer this evening??

Friday, July 28, 2017 - early morning for a quick 30min run before heading to the mountains with Luca and Jake. It wasn't much but it was more than nothing... Luca took me to a beautiful castle for dinner *hearts*

Saturday, July 29, 2017 - 5.5 mile hike through the mountains. It took us 3 hours with stops and pictures and having fun. "fun" ha ha ha ha. But seriously, we all had a great time. Jake was so happy. A good workout with my love and his momma and uncle.

Sunday, July 30, 2017 - well, we wanted to go mountain biking this morning but we didn't wake up until forever! And then we had plans for coffee with friends before having to head home. A very long and HOT 4 hour drive. Ever want to test your relationship? Drive 4 hours with no air conditioning in the dead of summer during the hottest part of the day. Oh Momma Mia!!!! I don't know if I should call today a rest day or a death day...
