Cake Like Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you love fluffy, soft, gooey cookies, then this recipe is for you! And I hate "jump to recipe" buttons so let's just do this!

3 cups all purpose flour spoon and leveled (to the recipe to 1/3 = 1 cup)
2 tablespoons cornstarch (2 tsp)
1 teaspoon baking powder (1/3 tsp)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs cold
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup unsalted butter cold and cut into cubes - 2 sticks (I like to use half the amount of butter and Greek yogurt for the other half. So if you want to do this too, it's a 1:1 ratio - thus, 1/2 cup butter + 1/2 cup yogurt)
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Prep your baking sheets and put aside.
Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a small bowl whisk together eggs and vanilla.
In a stand mixer or using a handheld mixer, cream cold butter until fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
Add in brown sugar and granulated sugar and beat for an additional 2 minutes. Timing matters!
Scrape down the sides of your bowl.
Pour in egg mixture and mix until just combined. Same w/dry mix. Same w/chips.

Scoop spoonfuls on your prepared baking sheet and pop them in the oven for 10 mins.
Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a wire cooling rack and serve

If they last more than 2 or 3 days, refrigerate. They'll last longer and they're super yummy cold too.
But trust me, you are not going to stop eating these!!
